1. Return Period

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return your items, with the exception of personalized items (engraved jewelry, custom items, etc.), which are not eligible for return.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging (if applicable).

2. Non-returnable products

Personalized products, such as jewelry engraved with a name, message or photo, cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@eyemazingjewels.com within 30 days of receiving your order, including the order number and the items you wish to return.
  2. Obtain a return authorization: After validating your request, we will provide you with a return number and the return address, if applicable.
  3. Ship the package: Please return the items to the address we will provide you. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Condition of Returned Products

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return or not issue a refund if the items are damaged or incomplete.

5. Refunds

Once the return is validated and the item received, we will refund the purchase amount, excluding shipping costs. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order.

Please note: Refunds may take 7-10 business days to process after receipt of returned products.

6. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you have received a defective item or an error in your order, please contact us immediately at info@eyemazingjewels.com . We will provide you with instructions to return the item free of charge, and we will issue a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

7. Exchange of Products

Exchanges are only possible for defective or incorrect products. If you wish to exchange a product for another size or model, we recommend placing a new order.

8. Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your items as we are not responsible for lost packages.
